Roof Terrance
The first terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It features an above-ground jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats.
The jacuzzi pool is open from mid-April until the end of October. You will reach it from the third terrace going up an external spiral staircase which consists of approximately 12 steps.
It is equipped with a sofa, as well as with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea and of Nerano bay.

Terrace n.2
The second terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large.
It is partly shaded by trees and by an elegant porch. It is equipped with tables, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers.
Here you will also find a barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include a sofa and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels).
From the living room you will be able to enter the second terrace through two French doors. The room has a window, as well as a arched window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid light-blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
The ceiling of the bathroom has an height of 1.60 meters (5.2 feet) at its lowest point.

The third terrace is 12 square meters (130 square feet) large. It is equipped with an armchair.
From the terrace you will have a pleasant view of the greenery and of the other buildings.
